Mr Neil Bardsley-Watson BA (Hons), PGCE

Neil joined the army as a musician in 1977. He retired from the army in 1994 after serving with the Regimental band of the Staffordshire Regiment in the UK, USA and Germany.  He completed two tours of Northern Ireland and was a front line medic in the first Gulf War.  Neil completed a year at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall under the tutelage of Denzil Floyd, Trevor Sharpe and Gordon Turner.

Since 1994, Neil has been a freelance peripatetic brass teacher and is currently the Quality Assurance Manager for Edsential, a Community Interest Company owned by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Wirral Council to provide services to the Education sector.

He is acknowledged as a leading teacher in World Music, Musical Futures, Music ICT and Music for SEN pupils.
